MANAGING SHEQ AT KANSAI PLASCON’S MOBENI PLANT
The Durban Chemicals Cluster (DCC), through its Operational Excellence programme, aims to promote shared learning in SHEQ best practice and highlight the principles and implementation of effective SHEQ management. The primary means of delivering this is through our quarterly SHEQ best practice study tours. This quarter, the DCC visited Kansai Plascon to understand how SHEQ is managed and capital is optimized at their Mobeni Plant in south Durban.
