Good industrial relations improve the morale of the employees allowing them to work with great zeal and with the feeling that the interest of the employer and employees is one and the same. Hence, the DCC welcomed Julie Harries from Brett Purdon Attorneys & Labour Arbitrators. She presented case studies on employee relations, labour disputes and best practice to provide members with examples on how best to manage difficult employee relations matters at their firms.
