DCC 2018 Management Development Programme
26 November 2018Management development is the process from which managers learn and improve their skills and knowledge to benefit not only themselves but also their employees.
WHY IS IT IMPORTANT?
Management Development Programmes are designed to assist both large and small businesses in maximising the use of their staff and providing them with the skills, training and resources necessary to lead, develop and grow to higher-level positions within the company.
WHAT IS THE MANAGEMENT DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME (MDP)?
The DCC MDP is predominantly an online course which allows managers to undertake their training remotely. Ten modules are delivered across one year, and all study material and assignments for the modules can be accessed through our online site.
BUSINESS DRIVEN ACTION LEARNING (BDAL)
In addition to the ten modules, managers are to undertake a BDAL project which shall provide direct benefit to their firms. Such projects explore and resolve substantial challenges where experts and leaders in chemicals manufacturing give mentorship and support. Five scheduled review sessions for group discussion, presentation and development take place over the course of a year.
